Return Policy

Welcome to Bikaner Sweets & Bakery. We are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality sweets, bakery products, and snacks. As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Perishable Products

All sweets, bakery products, namkeen, snacks, beverages, cakes, and other food items sold by Bikaner Sweets & Bakery are perishable. Therefore, once an order has been delivered or collected, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been prepared, packed, or handed over for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
  • Customized cakes, bulk orders, festival orders, and special occasion orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product was spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
  • The delivered quantity is different from your confirmed order.
  • The order was not delivered due to our fault.

To process your request, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal taste or flavour preference.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.
  • Products consumed partially or fully.
  • Improper storage of products after delivery.
  • Delay caused by incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability.

5. Refund Process

Once your complaint has been verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Online payment refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash payments may be refunded through cash or bank transfer, depending on the circumstances.

6. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, we may replace the affected product instead of issuing a refund. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
